It's 1864 and there is a war going on out there amongst the states but, we Irish are a clanny bunch. So for a little R+R they all gather here from the North and South for some good grub, drinks and fun or "craic" (as we call it back home.) We don't take sides while we're here so you'll never know who might walk through the door and grace us with their presence. 545 of our brothers sacrificed themselves trying to take Marye's Heights just up the road at the beginning of the war, with the courage of 700 years of Irish Pride. We honor them here and rather than mourn their loss we celebrate their bravery.
