SANDWICHES

All sandwiches are served with a choice of
French Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, or Hand Cut Potato Chips.
Substitute a cup of soup or any other side for $1.

Colonial Tavern’s Pot Roast- Slow roasted chuck roast topped with gravy and served open-faced on your choice of toast. $11.

Chicken Salad- Homemade chicken salad with garlic mayonnaise, dried cranberries and celery. Served on your choice of toast with lettuce and tomato.$8.

Vegetarian Sub- Balsamic sautéed zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, red peppers and carrots served on a baguette with arugula, tomato and sliced red onion.$9

Corned Beef Stack- Hand sliced corned beef with sauerkraut, 1000 island dressing and white cheddar cheese. Served on grilled rye bread. $9.

North Carolina Style Pork BBQ or Guinness Beef BBQ- Served on a toasted Kaiser roll with a side of coleslaw. $8.

Brigade Burger * A half pound of grilled sirloin served on a toasted roll with lettuce, tomato and onion. $8 Add American cheese, white cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese, bacon, fried egg, jalapenos, sautéed onions or sautéed mushrooms for $1 each.

Crab Cake Sandwich- Tavern’s homemade 4oz crab cake served baked or fried on a toasted Kaiser roll with lettuce and tomato. $10.

Grilled Chicken - Marinated grilled chicken breast served on a toasted Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato and red onion. $10.

ballyshannon salmon * - served one of two ways: pan-seared with guinness and honey glaze, or blackened with a sweet lemon butter wine sauce served with your choice of any two sides. $18.

seafood platter *- shrimp (4), tilapia filet and a 4oz crab cake served baked or fried with your choice of any two sides. $18.
